Please use the form to give your menu choices and those of any guests included in your party. The price is £17.50 per person which represents only a 25p increase on last year.
Please pay by cheque or cash, making cheques payable to B and C Catering and send the payment with your form to the club office for the attention of Angela and Shaun Kerigan.
It will greatly assist us if you return your booking as soon as possible. Booking will close on 3 December, but as places are limited we will have to close booking once we have filled the 80 places available.
