Rememberance Sunday's afternoon start provided more fabulous sailing conditions. A light but shifty NW breeze was accompanied by clear skies and flat seas.
In the PY class the Elan 295 Effusion owned by Ricky Bruton sailed consistently to win the series by the 5th race. However in the IRC class it was down to three boats on equal points to decide the winner. The Corby 29 Foxed 2 prevailed despite coming second to the Melges 24 to finish top in their class, albeit by countback.
Next week sees the start of the Winter Series which takes the racing up to the Christmas and the Boxing Day race. Here's hoping the fantastic weather continues !
