Boats coming up the harbour after racing on Saturday were a bit overwhelmed by the appearance of the Open 60 'Fuji' from Experience Voile of Cherbourg - having last seen her on the 'Fish and Ships' weekend to Alderney, it was something of surprise to look up from rolling 'Inky Finger's' jib and see her in the middle of the harbour!
Philippe Hasne organises weekend charters on the French coast or across the Channel, and given the forecast, what better place to come than Weymouth? We are hoping to put together a visit during which club members can have a day or afternoon out on 'Fuji', but it will obviously depend on the weather and Philippe's programme; keep watching the site for further news.
