How to get here
Weymouth Sailing Club, Nothe Parade, Weymouth, DT4 8TX - map
Weymouth Sailing Club is not far from Hope Square and is next door to the Lifeboat. It can be reached by walking from the Town Bridge down the harbour towards the sea, or by steps from the car park in Barrack Road.
Arriving by car
Take the A354 from Dorchester; follow the signs towards Portland until Weymouth Marina appears on your left. Turn left at the Asda traffic lights. Keep the marina on your left and turn right at the Town Bridge and pass the Kings Arms. Take the second on your right, Cove Street, and go through Hope Square past the Red Lion. Turn left into Horsford Street, which becomes Barrack Road, and leads to several car parks above the Club.
Arriving with a dinghy
Take the A354 from Dorchester; follow the signs towards Portland until Weymouth Marina appears on your left. Turn left at the Asda traffic lights. Keep the marina on your left and turn right at the Town Bridge and pass the Kings Arms. Keep left at the Old Rooms Inn for 100m. Unhitch your trailer and walk it a further 150m past the Old Harbour Dive Centre and Lifeboat to the Club. Take the car right and go through Hope Square. Turn left into Horsford Street, which becomes Barrack Road, and leads to several car parks above the Club.
Free parking is available on Barrack Road if you arrive early.
