The aroma was wonderful, the taste was even better – 7 delicious loaves of focaccia coming out of the oven was the culmination of an afternoon of bread making with Ali Barlow. Members of WSC spent a very valuable afternoon learning the skills of bread making with tips on how to get the best results. Ali is organising a second afternoon on Thursday 15 March. If you want to have a go, a reminder email will be sent out or you can speak to Ali in the galley.
