Christian Lohez - Wild Chef

The sailing has been challenging this year, but the WSC clubhouse with our chef Christian Lohez is always a place to find refuge and a good meal.

On his website Christian describes his food as having "a mixture of soul and passion".  His speciality is local trawler caught seafood such as squid, plaice, huss and bass.  If you have a sweet tooth you can try his range of luxury desserts like the dynamite creme brulee.  All of this at a fraction of the cost of the local restaurants. The menu will always include alternatives to cater for everyone's taste and pocket.
