Kathy wins JOG Race to Weymouth.
The annual JOG (Junior Offshore Group) Race from Cowes to Weymouth took place on 28 July 2007. The race is part of a series of races which form the Junior Offshore Championship 2007. Details of JOG can be found on www.jog.org.uk
This year's winner of the Cowes to Weymouth Race was Weymouth Sailing Club member Kathy Claydon in her Arcona 370 'Arcsine'. Kathy lives in Weymouth close to the Club, but keeps Arcsine in the Hamble www.yachtingexperiences.co.uk Arcsine will be taking place in the Rolex Fastnet Race from Sunday 12 August. The boats will be carrying trackers so you can follow Kathy's progress by going to http://fastnet.rorc.org/
