Congatulations Gavin and Gillian
"MARRIAGE ON THE ROCKS!"
Gavin Hall has finallly got tied the knot. He married Gillian Poots on the 27th March on Burgh Island in South Devon on one of the warmest days of the year, in the Art Deco 1920's hotel with around 60 guests.
Gavin has been a member of WSC for many years including a time as cadet captain. His name can be found on a few of our youth cups and the odd grown up one.
The wedding was followed by a second drinks reception for around 200 people at The Clifton Gentlemans Club in Bristol where they both live. The party was attended by a group of former cadets and the odd YOB.
Although Gavin isn't seen in the club very often, he and Gill are still great supporters of the YOBs, helping to buy one of the Fevas as a thank you to people like Barry Payne and Chris Olding who ran the cadets when he was younger . Posted by Phil Samways.
